Jennifer A. Zarka

Jenny Zarka is a smart and compassionate attorney.  She understands that your time is valuable and will efficiently communicate with you throughout her representation of you. 

Jenny has successfully defended clients accused of assault, family violence, marijuana possession, and other crimes.  Jenny worked in the Center for Legal and Social Justice to assist clients with their criminal cases.  She worked with new clients on defense strategy and attended several hearings on behalf of her clients.  She wrote and presented motions to the Court and helped write a Writ of Habeas Corpus for a convicted felon.  She will work with you to build the right defense for your case and fight for your Constitutional rights.   

Jenny has experience working in a Family Law Firm as well.  She has worked on multiple divorce, child custody, child support, protective order, and adoption cases.  She participates in mediations with clients and works diligently to reach agreements that are satisfactory for all parties involved, but is not afraid to stand up for your position when no agreement can be reached.   

Jenny understands that being accused of a crime or going through a divorce or custody struggle is a stressful time for anyone. Jenny is committed to fighting for your rights throughout every stage of the legal process.

Matthew T. Allen

  Matthew Allen has focused his law career on providing a relentless and strategic defense for people accused of criminal offenses. 

Matthew graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a degree in Political Science and a minor in legal studies. 

While attending St. Mary's Law School, Matthew participated in the Criminal Justice Clinic. While participating in the clinic, Matthew represented indigent clients where he helped write a writ of habeas corpus. Matthew graduated in the top 5% receiving magna cum laude recognition. Matthew was inducted as a member of the John. M. Harlan Society for his academic achievements. 

Matthew also received the Pro Bono Law Student Award for his work representing a dedication to justice and outstanding pro bono commitment to disadvantaged persons in the community. 

While attending law school and after graduation, Matthew worked at the Criminal District Court Administration office where he reviewed writs of habeas corpus and conducted research on issues for District Court judges in Bexar County. Matthew has represented hundreds of people accused of crimes and would be honored to be a part of your legal team. Matthew is licensed to practice in the State of Texas. He is also a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
